Caravan Committee
WHAR Caravan Committee
The Caravan Committee is responsible for providing a location and format that will maximize the exposure of listed properties and facilitate the free exchange of member needs so that, as REALTORS®, we are effective in representing the best interests of our Clients in their effort to buy and sell property.
Meetings are held on quarterly.
Responsibilities include:
- Oversee Caravan meetings + Policies and Procedures
- Assignment of weekly Coordinators
- Facilitate Holiday Caravans
- Modify format of Caravan if needed to reflect the needs of members
- Solicit ideas from members to improve Caravan
- Evaluate effectiveness of meeting member’s needs
- Attend monthly Caravan Committee meetings
